Ability to Confront Paperwork
Definition
The willingness and preference to get needed paperwork (reports, record-keeping, correspondence, numbers, forms) done.
This trait measures the degree of procrastination a person goes through in getting their paperwork done. The higher the number the less procrastination.
What the Trait is NOT
It doesn’t measure how neat a person’s desk is but this trait gives an indication of it. It doesn’t measure how capable, how fast and how accurate the person is at doing paperwork but those with high scores are usually more accurate as they are more willing to do paper related work. It does not measure the person’s ability to write or neatness of handwriting.
