Having a competent, realistic and modest idea of one’s abilities but not being prideful or arrogant.

Competence through knowing the limit of one’s abilities. Being willing to admit one’s limitations but knowing one’s strengths. A willingness to be a servant to others and put others first. Realizes one doesn’t know things when one could easily jump to wrong conclusions.
