What the Trait is NOT

Extreme Low Range
0 to 9 This is an extremely rare score for this trait. These people are not too concerned about failures to arrive on time, being dishonest and failing to meet commitments. This not an indicator of attitude problems by itself. WARNING: These people are telling you in no uncertain terms that they will be unreliable which could be unacceptable in administrative positions.
Low Range
10 to 39 These people are not too concerned about failures to arrive on time, being dishonest and failing to meet commitments. WARNING: These people are telling you that they will be unreliable which could be unacceptable in administrative positions.
Medium Range
40 to 65 Shows a good balance and would be acceptable to most positions. The person will do an adequate job of trying to be on time, being honest and doing what was promised
High Range
66 to 95 This person will go to a lot of effort to meet commitments, tell the truth and be on time. This person is likely to get into the problem of keeping to a poor commitment and being reluctant to try to change it. Also, this person can become too focused on doing a minor thing right and miss the bigger picture.
Extreme High Range
96 to 100 This is an extremely rare score for this trait. This person will go to almost compulsive efforts to meet commitments, tell the truth and be on time. One problem this person can get into is keeping to a poor commitment and being reluctant to try to change it. Also, this person can become too focused on doing a minor thing right and miss the bigger picture. This not an indicator of integrity and attitude problems.
