Extreme Low Range
0 to 4. These people are considered cold and unfriendly even though they may not be. They dislike social situations and small talk with strangers. This is not an indicator of attitude problems. WARNING: If “Talking” and “Calling Comfort” are also low, this person is unlikely to do well or continue to do well in jobs requiring people interaction—especially sales or customer interaction such as customer service
Low Range
5 to 39. This person feels uncomfortable in social situations and will tend to stay away from them. A person in this range would not do well in most sales situations for very long. This type of person is best suited for production, clerical, administrative or accounting positions. WARNING: If “Talking” and “Calling Comfort” are also low, this person is unlikely to do well or continue to do well in jobs requiring people interaction— especially sales.
Medium Range
40 to 60. Shows a good balance between working and socializing. This trait in this range would not adversely affect any position.
High Range
61 to 95. This person is friendly and gregarious and would do well in sales and customer service type positions. These people do poorly in administrative, accounting, engineering and technical positions because they don’t like doing those functions and would prefer to talk instead.
Extreme High Range
96 to 100. This person could be so friendly and gregarious that he or she is unable to get work done. This not an indicator of integrity and attitude problems.

Candidates who score low on the warm and sociable trait are best fit for production, clerical, administrative, or accounting positions.
